WORCESTERSHIRE SEARED SALMON



Ingredients:

2 each 4 oz salmon filets (block cut)
4 oz Worcestershire sauce (see recipe)
2-4 Tablespoons vegetable oil for grilling salmon

Method:

Marinade salmon in sauce for 30 minutes; remove and drain on wire rack; place a small amount of oil on pre heated grill grates to inhibit sticking; place salmon on grill and cook 2 minutes per side; remove and hold 1 minute before serving.
