GARBANZO FLOUR CREPES



Ingredients:

Crepes:
½ cup AP flour
½ cup chick pea flour
¼ cup butter, melted
½ tsp sea salt
3 ea. Eggs
1/2 cup cooked garbanzo beans
1 ¼ cup milk

Method:

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Place wet ingredients including chic peas into blender and blend; add flour mixture to wet and blend to combine well. Refrigerate mixture a minimum of 1 hour up to 24 before use.  Makes 12
