BOB’S BLEND for CHAMEN also Chaimen

This is an old Armenian flavor profile that is used in Bob’s fresh beef sausage.


Ingredients:

3 TBLS Fenugreek
3 TBLS Paprika
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp pepper, black
¾ tsp Allspice
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp nutmeg, ground
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp clove, ground

Method:

Method: Blend. Store in air tight container in cool dry place.
